My phone changes names and IBEScore thinks I am someone else!
Something went wrong. My phone somehow thought it was someone else and I entered a score under his name and then he couldn’t enter the scores on his table.
Rest assured the system was not faulty. It will be a matter of not setting the devices correctly in Round 1.
Train your players to click on their North,South,East,West seat when they first arrive in the game and have clicked on their Table number.
Was round one correct seating? If so, my guess is that either: You logged out trying to fix and perhaps you came back in as Pair 1, not your actual Pair number so you got the Round entry screen for another table. This can happen if you delay putting in your number, and you are let in anyway - the device has defaulted you to being Pair 1. This especially can happen if you are logged in as the Director and don't log out (via the Key tap before re-emtering the game).
If you teach your players to check the Round 1 screen so everyone knows their Pair number that should stop that. You can also click the Round info on a Table during a round at any time, or the movement

Be careful in a Howell (where everyone moves) to ensure that a device is NOT set to Table. Devices set to Table remain on the table - this can be checked/changed in the global settings section. In the Settings options, if you have set the game to allow players to reassign their device you will see the option in the More Settings Tab
Click and hold the table number(or pair number). This should switch it. You can do the same thing at the entry screen (shown in the video)
To correct names which are actually wrongly entered this link will help. If you have set the game up where players cannot change their names, then you will need to login with the Director Key to make name changes. Be sure to save afterwards, and AVOID the reset button or you will have to put them all in again!
