If you get this error when trying to enter a duplicate after entering player names - please check you have NOT entered a number that your player database does not recognise. 

The system only accepts letters in upper or lower case. Type in a name and the green entry button should now display and you can proceed.

NB Entering a number can lock up the screen - simply help your players to clear the open app and start again. 

THIS WILL NOT HAPPEN  if names and affiliation numbers are pre-loaded on subscription.
