Definition
A GAME CODE is a unique 3-5 character access username for an account with IBEScore.
It is shared by bridge organisers with their players who play in an in-person game scored by IBEScore. With the GAME CODE players are able to access the tournament’s session on their own device via the IBEScore App. Access to the Director features of a bridge game for scoring tools is via a PASSWORD which can be changed within the App.
GAME CODES are case sensitive and do not like special characters – so please stick to letters and numbers.
Validity Period
The GAME CODE lasts for the period of the service purchased – either annually or monthly. VIRTUAL GOLD MODE or SILVER SUCCESS have unrestricted access for annual usage. One-off transactions are treated as a calendar month usage. BEX GAME CODE mode allows users to up to 4 sessions or 100 players or 1000 scores entered – credits reset at the start of each calendar month BUT the GAME MODE still remains active (unless .

Try, Test, Train
To practice entering scores into a random session please use nizx01 as the game code.
Whenever you have the game code for a session you can use the app for FREE to participate in the game scoring. Necessarily it is only useful when you are registered to play in the game that session. Otherwise spectator mode is available to watch (if it has been enabled by the Director). There is also an OPTION to restrict access by adding a PIN at game setup.

How do we get started?
If you are considering replacing your current scoring method with IBEScore smart phone technology at your venue, a good first step would be to download and install the App on your own phone, then CLICK on HELP. This will give you an understanding of the mechanics of what you are considering making an investment in and how it will be for your players.
Please remember that in the grand timeline of scoring in-person bridge games this technology is innovative and the approach is nothing like we have seen before.
For this reason, we encourage organisers to suspend judgement on make comparisons with what has gone before. Rather we recommend assessing the merits against other leisure time pursuits that people enjoy. Purchasing a GAME CODE and adopting IBEScore for bridge games sets a previously unknown benchmark for excellence.
